Lakes End Marina Cancellation Policies
Standard Cancellation Policy:
Full-day or Hourly rentals must be canceled at least 3-days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled start time for a full refund of the rental deposit.
Cancellations made inside of the 3-day cutoff will result in the forfeit of the rental deposit, unless optional cancellation insurance was purchased (see below).
Multiday rentals must be canceled or modified up to 7-days prior to the scheduled rental start time for a full refund of the rental deposit.
Cancellations made inside the 7-day cutoff will result in forfeit of rental deposit, unless optional cancellation insurance was purchased (see below).
Cancellations made ahead of the known cutoff period will receive their refunded deposit or may apply to an alternative day and time (based on availability).
A "no-show" will result in the loss of the rental deposit plus the remaining balance of the rental.
The Credit Card used to make the reservation will be charged any applicable cancellation fee or no-show fee (as described above).
Lakes End Marina reserves the right, solely at our discretion, to reschedule or cancel your reservation in the event of inclement weather. Please see our “Weather Policies” for details.
Lakes End Marina reserves the right, solely at our discretion, and based on availability to attempt to reschedule your reservation at no additional fee before canceling.
No refunds or discounts will be issued for early returns of any rentals.
Rental Cancellation Protection
Non-refundable cancellation protection can be purchased at the time the reservation is made.
Full-day or hourly rentals with cancellation protection can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24-hours prior to the scheduled rental start time for a full refund of the rental deposit, minus the cost of the cancellation protection.
Cancellations made inside the 24-hour window, prior to the reservation, will result in the forfeit of the rental deposit.
Multiday rentals with cancellation protection can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 3-days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled rental start time for a full refund of rental deposit, minus the cost of the cancellation protection.
Cancellations made inside the 3-day (72-hour) window, prior to the reservation, will result in the forfeit of the rental deposit.
Rescheduling Policy
While every effort will be made to reschedule your rental for an appropriate alternative date and/or time, we cannot guarantee the same rental availability.
Rescheduling rentals does not guarantee the same rental rates. Rescheduling a rental can result in a change to the rate based on seasonal demand or holidays.
